Our 3^rd HOMEPLACE opened in Durand , Wisconsin in June of 2006, and is the only HOMEPLACE that is brand new construction.  Located in the outskirts of Durand it sits on a beautiful meadow looking out at a hilltop of tall trees.  Deer and wild life frequently visit.  There are 12 apartments at the Durand site currently, however the building was intentionally designed for expansion.

You, your family member -- individuals and couples -- are welcome at our small town  HOMEPLACE of Durand, Wisconsin, located on the banks of the beautiful Chippewa River.  Our tenants and staff often know each other in this warm, interesting community which has a nice selection of churches, shopping, medical, parks, museum, library and other services close by.
